Digital Literacy for English Language Learners

 

With the support of an MREF grant, Start Lighthouse scaled its Digital Literacy English Language Learners (ELL) offering.

 

Many participating students are newcomers or live in temporary housing and benefit from extra, structured practice outside the school day.  Sessions targeted reading comprehension, vocabulary development, and confidence with digital platforms.
