In May 2023, over 800 researchers worked to raise money for vulnerable children around the world during the MREF’s Race Around the World for Education. With the help of all participants and sponsors, MREF raised more than $90,000 for Marty’s Orchid House, Start Lighthouse, Orphans’ Aid Society, and The Hogar Montiel Girls Association.
Ellen Pieper, CCO of Research Results, shared the reason the company participated in the Race Around the World for Education as a sponsor.
“We live our values daily: humble, hungry, and smart. We bring passion and commitment to everything we do. We always strive to do our best, whether working on your project or volunteering in our community,” Pieper said.
Research Results, Inc. was a Victor Sponsor, meaning the company donated $5,000 or more to help vulnerable children around the world. Pieper said the team is competitive and it showed as the team placed second overall, with 6,927.87 miles!
“To get everyone moving - and get some more miles - we even started lunchtime walks,” said Pieper.
Research Results is already looking forward to next year’s Race Around the World for Education.
“If there are any companies out there that would like to throw down company vs. company bets, just let us know,” Pieper said. “The competition only makes us go further!”
